Parson Russell Terrier and Weims are orginally working breeds, so they should work. That's why all my dog's have to work, to know what they were breed to. And all of them have to be tested in natural condition's. They need to have passion to work. They don't need to hunt all time, but they need to do their job whan it's needed. That's why we also practise, and show what we can on hunting competition's. And the most important thing = dog's loooove their job. That's the best reward that I can have, happy dog.
